ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE PARCEL POST VENTURE

The body constituting the Parcel Post Venture (PPV) is made up of the Postmaster-General/CEO at the apex of the organizational structure (organogram), followed by the Supervisory Management Committee (SMC), headed by the Deputy Postmaster-General (Operations Planning). The composition of the Supervisory Management Committee (SMC) also includes SAPMG (Territorial Administration), SAPMG (Domestic Operations), General Manager (Bulkpost), Manager (Parcel Post Venture), and a Chief Marketing Officer as members while a Chief Personnel Officer serves as the Secretary.

In the same vein, the Parcel Post Venture has in its line management, The Head of Operations, Head of Logistics, Head of Marketing, Head of Security and Investigation, Head of Finance & Accounts, The Confidential Secretary to the Venture Manager and other operatives to look after the day to day running of the Venture, while in each territory, there is a Territorial Parcel Manager entrusted with the monitoring/supervision and coordination of parcel operations.
